Why do Standard prices vary by peptide?
Different peptides require different reference standards (CRMs) and column separation methods. Some are significantly more expensive or harder to source. We price based on the actual material cost for each substance.
Do you offer bulk or frequent-testing pricing?

What if the test is inconclusive?
If inconclusive due to a laboratory error, we re-test for free. If the sample is degraded or empty, the report reflects that accurately — no refund is issued as the analysis was performed.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard analysis: 2–3 working days. Advanced LCMS: 3–5 working days. Urgent processing is available — select at checkout.
