1. Introduction

At Uzorak.com ("the Platform"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our online platform to access analytical laboratory services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Order Data: We collect your email address, an optional phone number (for status notifications), and the "Client Name" you wish to appear on the final report. You may use a pseudonym or business name if you prefer anonymity on the generated PDF.
• Analytical Data: We process data related to the samples you submit (substance names, expected mass, batch numbers). This information is technical in nature and is used solely for the purpose of configuring the laboratory analysis.
• Payment Information: Uzorak.com does not store your full credit card number or private cryptocurrency keys. Payment transactions are securely processed by third-party providers (Airwallex, NOWPayments, Stripe). We retain only transaction references necessary for order reconciliation.

3. Use of Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• Service Facilitation: To generate shipping labels, track the status of your sample, and coordinate the testing process with our partner laboratories.
• Report Generation: To create the final PDF Analysis Report. The data you provide (Client Name, Sample ID) is directly embedded into this document.
• Communication: To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, receipt notifications, and results availability.

4. Data Sharing with Service Partners

As an aggregator platform, we share specific data with the operational partners required to fulfill your service:

• Laboratory Facilities: We share the unique Sample ID and technical Sample Details (e.g., "Retatrutide 10mg") with our accredited testing facility. To protect your privacy, we generally do not share your personal email or phone number with laboratory staff unless strictly necessary for shipping logistics.
• Payment Processors: Necessary transaction data is shared with our payment partners to validate purchases and prevent fraud, in compliance with financial regulations.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Final reports and raw data files are stored securely using enterprise cloud providers (e.g., Google Cloud) to facilitate secure delivery to you.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and secure access controls for data at rest. Access to personal user data is restricted to authorized personnel managing the platform's operations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Platform. Please note that we may be required to retain certain transaction records for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Telegram Assistant (@Uzorak_assistent_bot)

We offer an order assistant on Telegram. It answers questions about our tests, prepares price quotes, sends payment links from our payment providers after you accept a quote, collects the details of your samples to register your order, and helps with shipping and tracking. It only writes to people who have contacted us or opened a chat with it; it never sends unsolicited messages.

What it processes. Your Telegram user ID, display name and username; the messages you exchange with the assistant; and, where our team uses the assistant inside its own Telegram Business chats, the messages of those chats. When you register an order it also processes the order details you provide (sample descriptions, name, email, country, phone if given).

Why. To answer you, prepare quotes and payment links, register and track your order, and remind you about your shipment. Replies are generated with the help of an AI language model provided by Anthropic; message text is sent to Anthropic's API for that purpose only and is not used to train models.

How long. Chat messages are kept for 7 days as short-term working memory and then deleted automatically. Quotes and payment references are kept for as long as needed to complete the order. Order data is kept as described in sections 2–3 above.

Who else. Payment links are created with Airwallex (cards) or NOWPayments (crypto), who process your payment under their own policies. Parcel tracking numbers are checked with TrackingMore. Message contents are never sold or shared with anyone else.

Your choices. You can stop the assistant at any time by blocking it or by contacting us. To have your messages or details deleted, write to info@uzorak.com; we delete them without undue delay, except records we must keep for accounting.
