1. Introduction

Welcome to Uzorak.com ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing our website, placing an order for analytical services, or shipping samples to our designated facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Uzorak.com operates as a specialized online platform providing management, logistics, and data processing services for chemical analysis. We facilitate high-precision testing by coordinating with accredited partner laboratories to ensure independent verification of your samples.

3. Shipping, Customs, and Sample Handling

3.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for packaging and shipping your samples to the laboratory address provided upon order confirmation. You must ensure that the shipment of your sample complies with all applicable local, international, and postal regulations.

3.2 Risk of Loss & Customs

Uzorak.com acts as the data processor and service facilitator; we are not the courier. We are not liable for samples that are lost, damaged, delayed, or seized by customs authorities while in transit to the laboratory.

If a sample is seized by customs or lost by the carrier before reaching our partner facility, the service cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit for a future test, but we are not obligated to refund the service fee if the failure was due to shipping issues outside our control.

3.3 Sample Disposal

Testing methodologies (such as HPLC-MS) are often destructive. Any remaining sample material is disposed of immediately following analysis in accordance with laboratory safety protocols. Samples cannot be returned.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you have shipped your sample. Please contact support with your Order ID to process this.
• Cancellation After Intake: Once your sample has been received by the laboratory and the analysis workflow (Sample Prep, Column usage) has commenced, the service is considered "executed" and is non-refundable.
• Inconclusive Results: If a report yields inconclusive results due to laboratory error or equipment failure, we will provide a free re-test. However, if results are inconclusive because the sample provided by you contained no active ingredient (e.g., "bunk" product) or was degraded due to improper shipping, no refund will be issued. The report will accurately reflect the absence of the target substance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The analysis reports are provided "as is". While we utilize high-precision equipment (Agilent/Thermo Fisher HPLC-MS systems) and standard reference materials, science involves inherent uncertainties. Uzorak.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the substances tested. The report validates the specific sample sent at the specific time of testing; it does not certify an entire batch or a vendor's future inventory.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Uzorak.com, its operators, parent entities, or partner laboratories be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or the use of the substances analyzed. Our total liability shall not exceed the total cost of the specific testing service paid by the user.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes related to these terms or the services provided by the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
